"Maddy was absolutely amazing!!! I came in as a walk-in for a haircut, and I was paired with Maddy. She was super sweet and welcoming right off the bat. We discussed how I wanted my hair cut (length, layers, ect). She suggested a deep condition, and I am so glad I said yes because my hair is softer than ever! I was so relaxed during the deep condition I could’ve fell asleep right there! When she was cutting my hair she was very gentle and extremely precise. I’m pretty sure she could cut hair with her eyes closed if she tried. She asked for my input multiple times to make sure I liked how everything looked. She gave me the best blow out ever afterwards. By far the best haircut I’ve received in a long time. I’m definitely coming back! Amazing!"

"I get my hair done here about every 2 months for the last, like 5 years or so. Everyone is awesome. My hair is great every time and healthy."

"So terribly disappointed. Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I went to the salon to do a touch up and highlights. However after the hairdresser washed my hair she decided to put a toner on. She left the toner on my hair for around 20 to 25 minutes and to my understanding the toner was on for too long but I trusted her. So after she dried my hair I noticed that there was NO highlights, so I asked what happened? She replied by saying that maybe the reason for no highlights might be because of the products I used at home and that after washing my hair a few times the highlights will show. In which I did NOT buy her excuses, but still I was charged for everything ( hair color and highlights). Later that day I spoke to the manager and asked her why was I charged for color and highlights when there is no highlights? She tried to blame it on my type of hair and she recommended to come again within 2 weeks to take a look at it but I might be charged again for the highlights. I didn’t want to do that because I already paid and I didn’t get the service I paid for. So why would I pay for their mistakes? She was rude and tried to blame everything on me and the way I take care of my hair. Finally she said she can refund me but I can never come back to the salon. I understand that mistakes happened but what I don’t I understand is why the lady couldn’t just do my highlights again instead of blaming me for everything and telling me to never come back. Especially since I have been a customer a long time. After this experience at this salon and with their manager I will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. Horrible experience horrible management just a Zero if you ask me."

"Overpriced and not worth it. My daughter showed the picture of what she wanted with a trim and they quoted more than $200 her grandmother decided she would take her and pay for it. The first time she did it was last thur. 12.29.2022. Clearly we werent satisfied so my mom called and spoke to the manager who said ok will make another appointment for 01.03.23 and fix it. As you can by the pictures we still didnt get what we requested. You would think the manager would assign someone else or do it herself considering how much money we paid. NOPE not at all. The fact that they thought this was corrected at all is RIDICULOUS."

"I’ve been coming to this salon for 10+ years and every experience has been so positive! I’ve loved it even more since new ownership with Ambris. The atmosphere is fun, professional, and relaxing. My stylist (Sasha) who I've seen the past couple of years is amazing! She does a throughout consultation with you, making sure you’re both on the same page with what you want. She also gives your price in the beginning so there are so surprises in the end! Love that! I’ve never been more in love with my hair since coming to her, she does an amazing job! I can’t say enough wonderful things about eclectic color!"
