"I was not pleased with my lashes at first because they were very heavy for my eyes and I kept tearing up. The two ladies who work here were very nice and kept trying over and over and over again until I was finally happy and they did not lose their temper even one bit or show any frustration. They’re professional. I went back the next day (today) and asked if they could fix one of my lashes and she ended up fixing a few of them for me and was very nice about it even though I gave them a hard time yesterday. Hats off to the ladies working at this location! I don’t know your names but thank you!"

"Second time coming here , first time was great I loved my eyebrows also got upper lip wax. I returned for a second time today and had another lady do my services , my eyebrows are not even , she wax my upper lip and didn’t go over it with the thread as I always get , rude , didn’t say hi or thank you when I left, very dissapointed, I thought I found a great place."
