"I went to Premier nails today had a wonderful lady do my nails. Unfortunately when I went outside, I noticed I had some bubbles on both my thumbs went back in. Had the owner rudely handle the issue when I was trying to explain where the bubbles where .. I was so shocked & disappointed with her behavior.. Sadly I will not be returning"

"I have come here twice and both times were a great experience. This last time tho was exceptional. The nail tech was named Tony. He did a wonderful job. I had a very relaxing massage. Didn't feel rushed and I truly felt like I was being pampered. I have been to a few nail salons in bolingbrook and I can definitely say this place has been my best experiences. I will be coming here again and would recommend you do too!"

"The pedicure I received was outstanding. Worth the trip for the service provided by Wendy. She is thorough, gentle and skilled. I would give her five stars if the site allowed it. The nail service was poor. The owner was all over the place except in front of me applying a new set of gels. I had an appointment, yet she found it in HER best interest to walk around checking on pedicures that were clearly being taken care by providers that were skilled and quite competent. In fact, I had an appointment and was kept waiting while she was doing WHAT?? I won’t be requiring her services again. She is adequate applying gels and is rude to keep her client, ME, waiting while she is making herself busy doing nothing. WENDY was worth the trip for an exceptional pedicure. My nails are just okay!"

"I won’t go anywhere else!!! I have been going to Premier Nail Spa since November of 2020. The customer service is very good. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The technicians all do a very nice job, but I personally have Vey do my nails. She is awesome! The pics below were of my nails done on July 23, 2022."
