"Got there at 8:50 and store was supposed to open at 9. Girl opened the salon at 9:15. I was first in line with two other guys waiting behind me. They'd checked in online, so she was going to take them first. Annoying, but ok. Then, a little bit later, another guy comes in who'd checked in online, and she was taking him before me, too! I walked out. Ridiculous that I waited 45 min to NOT get a haircut & who knows when she would've taken me. (this happened to my husband and I was there)"
"My regular barber wasn't available to take care of me, so I thought I would take matters into my own hands... Huge mistake! This was an emergency! I popped in to this Great Clips location for help. After a warm welcome, Katie quickly got me in the chair and worked some MAGIC! She did a superb job! The shop was very clean and the overall experience was great! No pun intended! I highly recommend this location! Thank you Katie and Great Clips!"
