City Nails

"my gel nails peeled the next day. i had picked a light purple nail color on the wall and they ended up telling me it’s almost empty and they swapped it w another purple that was much darker. & for my pedicure i was last in a chair and first off !! they were so distracted and rushing they didnt even turn the water off ! i tried telling the lady and she looked at me w a stank face. then proceeded to shout when she realized. smh worst experience. the whole pedicure was less than 12 minutes. seriously dislike this place after that service. never go back."

"Giving my honest opinion, I love this place! People rate places off of looks of the place and not the work that's done. Yes, workers may not really be as talkative but do they make sure they get the work done? YES! As soon as I walked in I had alot of time on my hands so I wasn't in a hurry to get my nails done, the lady working there walked up to me and asked what I wanted to get, I showed her a photo and picked the colors I wanted. She quickly told me where to sit and starting working on my nails. She did my nails so gentle and I was honestly suprised, I went to another place to get my nails done and they kept basically tearing my cuticles apart. But over here they made sure that I wasn't getting hurt or anything, the worker didn't talk much and she didn't force me to have a conversation, which I love sense I am not a talkative person myself. After she did my nails I loved them!!! I don't really care if there's a little error in my nails, as long as a nail doesn't fall off everything is all good. My nails got done perfectly and they suit me so well. I really do love this place and I will be going there to get my nails done for now on. Especially gel acrylics."

"Really liked this place! I went in about 5:30pm as a walk in and only had to wait about 20 minutes. They let me see several polishes before I committed and were so nice! The place is clean though they don't open a new pack of tools before each person. They do clean the tools between people, including the spa tub for a pedicure was cleaned. Prices were reasonable and they work quickly. Took about an hour for a mani/pedi (mani with gel). Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for my techs name."

"Me and mom go here a lot because they are close to home. I get my face waxed which lasts a long time and my mom gets her nails done. We never had any issues."

"I went in there asking for a pedicure and a full set of nails. The ladies that worked there smoking their cigarettes asked me as I was walking in the door. I got my pedicure and everything was going good and then instead of doing a full set they just did a manicure I didn’t ask for. I told the lady I wanted a full set and she then I had to wait an hour for a full set. Once they started my set they rushed me and did a horrible job it’s been 4 days and my nails look horrible and grown out. This was for vacation. They didn’t even apologize and charged me 81 for a horrible full set of nails. I drove 45 mins since I’ve been there twice before and don’t usually get my nails done and I thought they did a great job before. Picture is after 4 days."
