"I recently had a Brazilian blowout experience that left much to be desired. Unfortunately, my stylist Kaitlyn’s behavior was disappointing; she was rude, overly aggressive while handling my hair, and didn't offer any apologies despite the discomfort. The overall service felt rushed, and to make matters worse, I was overcharged. The final result was not up to par, leaving me dissatisfied with both the experience and the outcome. I hope sharing this feedback can lead to improvements in their services."

"Thoroughly recommend this salon!! Kaitlyn is super sweet and does an awesome job. I had been using a different product line for many years, and was apprehensive about switching to Aveda. Kaitlyn was very patient and made the transition easy. This was my second visit for color & blow dry. So happy I found this place!! "I absolutely LOVE Paul Joseph Salon!!! Not only the salon itself is very clean and beautiful, but all staff is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I get my hair done by Paul, and let me just tell you I feel so blessed that i found hair artist that knows his stuff :) Yes, it costs more then your average hair salon, but not only you are getting high quality products and service; you are also getting an EXPERIENCE! "Today I've experienced the best treatment I've ever had on my hair. Paul, the owner of the salon, went above and beyond and came in on his day off to accommodate to my hair needs. My highlights were not done properly at another salon and I was on a time crunch to go back to school, therefore, Paul came to the rescue and exceeded my expectations for blonde highlights. As you can see in the before and after pictures, Paul and his team can turn an unpleasant outcome into the best hair color I've had in years. My mom is also a loyal client to Paul as well as Kayla and Amy and they are also some of the best stylists on his team that we have booked when Paul is not available.
