"I had an appointment with Miranda, very sweet girl but my hair came out looking like a rainbow and not in a artistic good way. I initially found a deal on Groupon but I thought I’d ask her if she would just match the price since Groupon takes a cut from them if it is used, and she agreed. While washing my hair she realized there were some missed dark hairs and she went back and just toned it where the hair around it was all bleached, point is there were three different colors by my face and the balayage she did looked like highlights that needed to be retouched from a year ago. I didn’t want to say anything because the owner was there and like I said she was nice and I didn’t want to embarrass her. She told me after a few washed the colors should all start to match since some will fade out. I waited and the color only got worse. I messaged her about all this and she wanted me to come in and get it toned and pay $30 for the toner, even though the issue needs a much bigger fix than the toner, she said since I waited over a week I had to pay (even though she told me to wait). Thanks for being kind to me but not understanding, not that it would matter but I won’t go there in the future :)"

"I went there for a recommendation maybe I didn’t have luck. First of all, I have a lots of hair a looot. I have hair dye trough ears, my forehead has dark marks from the same. I went to get my roots covered. No care about my skin. My hair wasn’t even split to get ready to do it I still check grey hair among my hair. Even when was time to comb my hair I didn’t feel it was worth it. To dry my hair? He asked to throw my head down to do it? How this seems okay? I think I had a poor hair treatment! and unfortunately I have to pay someone else to remake it doesn’t seem like 100$ was worth it at all! Ps: and I had to go shopping to find something to remove the marks around my skin."

"1st of all, Ava is an amazing assistant. Probably one of the best shampoos I've ever had. Plus the way she was cleaning up after everyone was great. Clearly a professional, and obviously should get a raise. I highly recommend Eddie's!!"

My daughter and I are both happy with our hairstyles. Friendly, compassionate staff! I highly recommend this salon."

"I got a Groupon for a haircut and color. I went in without a good idea of what I wanted, other than "shorten the hair and cover the gray." The stylist was great about figuring out what to do and it all sounded great while she talked through it, but the execution left a good deal to be desired. There's still a bunch of grays showing, and the haircut was lopsided, so I had to go back and get it fixed.... which they did at no extra charge. The thing is, with how pricy the place is, one shouldn't need to go back to fix a haircut after getting one. I will not be returning and wouldn't recommend it."
