"This store needs serious in stock management. They don’t know their clients wants or needs . Famously out of stock on items . One would think they would know what sells the most and order appropriately."

"Terrible service. Don’t bother with curbside. If you check in on the app/website, no one will come. Then you can call them, and they’ll bring you only part of your order. Make sure you check for all of your items before you leave.."

"20 minute wait. Not enough help at this location and ridiculous lines to wait while one person is checking everyone out. Two doing balloons and one manager walking around helping. Either short staffed or not enough scheduled to work."

"Came in yesterday the 27th around 8:20PM, and headed to checkout near 8:50. There was a mom and her daughter waiting by a register looking around and I saw that she had items that needed to be checked out I waited for around 5 minutes behind them all confused looking around at them waiting to be helped ( I was waiting where the checkout line is at) and looking at the three women employees behind the registers talking to each other and snacking looking at us and I felt like they were looking at us like we are stupid when they aren't even located near any register properly (they were all gathered up all at the very end of the register isle near the balloons and online pickup if I read the signs right)... point is they weren't even in front of a register, just in a corner. And so I got fed up because if they were already there waiting before I even got there than that has to mean the employees are so lazy to even stand near a register and make it seem like they even are ready to check anyone out because clearly nobody was doing anything there. Anyways I started leaving where the line is because I saw that the older lady was looking something under the registers near where we were waiting at and she didn't even make eye contact or anything (as if there wasn't people waiting) as I was already walking away I heard her talk to the other customers and direct them to a specific register and they headed that way. I left my basket with the stuff I was interested in buying and left emptyhanded. The point of my review is to inform the customers of their poor attitude and lazy behaviors of the numerous employees staring at us like we lack braincells when they are the ones talking to each other and not properly guiding customers immediately or at least giving the body language of them being ready to check us out (me and the other customer). Reading the review from 3 days ago doesn't surprise me and I would assume that the same people that treated that customer is the same people there today. I hope you enjoy reading this store management ;)"

"The most tantalizing thing happened to me on my last visit to Party City. In 30 years I have never been made to feel this way. Especially by an entire crew of employees. The truth of the matter is that from the cashier, front attendant to the store manager they all had zero issues with making me feel uncomfortable and belittled about the situation I am about to tell. Bear with me as I have never felt the need to write a negative review about a store. But l can't shake the feelings of how had they worked to make me seem the fool. I just don't want anyone else to have a similar situation so here's what happened: I stopped into the Party City in Conroe because the one closest to me was running low on some supplies. I had completed my shopping when I seen some bags of candy, similar to the bags in my cart, on an end cap close to the check out counter. They where on sale and marked down across the entire display. I made the change in my shopping cart. I made my way to the register and proceeded to check out. This is when it happened, I allowed the cashier to get to a point where I could gain his attention and ask if he could go over to the end cap and check the price of the bags of candy. I explained to him that they where ringing up at a raised price for that shown. He looked at the price on the recipe and told me that I was mistaken. The price was that showing on the system. So I repeated myself and said, I simply wanted you to go over to the display and check the price on the display. So, the cashier stopped and called the area manager which I'm turn ask an attendant to go check the price for us. I wasn't more than a minute before she came back and confirmed what I had said. The items along the entire display were marked down. So the pair made their way back over to the display. While I waited patiently out of the corner of my eye, I see the area manager gave the cashier a nod. So this is where everything takes a turn for the worse. The cashier looked at me and says, so do you want the bags of candy or not. No expiration no notice just a dry ultimatum. Yes or No. I was still in disarray since no reasoning was given for his decision. I ask for the store manager. The store manager came over and I explained what had happened and that I was expecting a simple explanation for the decision. He pulled me off to one side, with everyone watching. The other employees were at a short distance watching for an outcome. Well they got one. It was quite a show. The store manager accompanied me to the display and says, show me! show me! Throwing his hands up in the air and again, in a belittling tone asked show me the sale prices you mean. I was speechless until I noticed the first young lady had the sale posting in her hand. They had removed the sale prices from the entire display then pulled me over there to confirm. Talk about building a team environment. They all went out of their way, spent needless amount of time and effort to make me look a fool. A simple, the sale ended yesterday we just haven't had a chance to take down the notice down throughout the store. Sorry for the misunderstanding would have sufficed."
