"Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. My son got an absolutely awful haircut. First, we didn’t get started until about 20 min into the 30 min appt. She didn’t even apologize for the wait. He asked for 1 inch off. She took off way more than that. He felt bad saying anything to her directly so he said he liked it. Then when we got in the car and he looked in the mirror he saw that it was completely uneven. So, there was nothing good about this haircut. He literally burst into tears in the car. All his friends and other kids at school are making fun of him."

She was very attentive. There was other people waiting but she made sure they were comfortable and did not make me feel rushed what so ever."
