"I have been going there to see the same woman for years I tip over 100% ,I don't want to say her name but she's there on Mondays and Wednesdays. She butchered my eyebrows so bad!!They were finally growing back after 4 years of growing out She Made Them entirely way too thin then tried to blame me for going somewhere else!!!, when she knows I only go to her. She was very rude, I definitely will never go back there again! if you want to save your eyebrows go somewhere else!!!!"

"I’m not one to normally write reviews but I am very irritated. I get my eyebrows done just usually for a clean up. I believe I’ve been there ONCE before. The lady rushed through my eyebrows, I have sensitive eyes to begin with but when I mean she RIPPED my eyebrows, she ripped them. She didn’t even do a slight compression to stop irritation, how they normally do. I then got my eyebrows tinted. IMMEDIATELY broke out in hives all over my eyes and forehead. I get home after work and clean my face off and I realized, one eyebrow is completely thinner than the other, which now is rather obvious. I look like I am raising my brow due to how much she took off in the ONE arch. At least, AT LEAST, make it even. Don’t think I’ll ever go back, honestly."

"I go here ALL the time. It’s such a hit or miss. Sometimes they do great, and sometimes they rush you out. Today she rushed through my eyebrows. She was super rough. One eyebrow is super long and skinny and one is short and fat. I only go every 1.5 months. She said “yeah one was shorter”. No it was not. They were the exact length and shape I wanted. I asked for her to just clean them up. I KNOW she knew that she messed them up because she asked me twice if I wanted them tinted. My eyebrows look absolutely awful. I would have just appreciated it if she admitted she made a mistake. They don’t look good at all."

"I was at the location in Shorewood today. The girl literally worked on 3 customers and did not sanitize her hands between customers. She was touching money also!! When it was my turn, I politely asked the young lady to sanitize her hands, and she got a whole attitude about it. I did not receive the service I usually receive. I was disgusted and will be searching for another place to get my eyebrows done. It speaks volumes about her hygiene (lack of) because you are touching people's faces. I was shocked that she did not want to clean her own hands. I watched the other lady across from her, she finished a gentleman's face and did the exact same thing. Poor hygiene practices!! Please if you use this place, make sure they are sanitizing their hands."

"The customer service was good. I wish they had a rating no star rating. Because they messed my eyebrows up. I look like Bert on sesame Street. My eyebrows was like two black tapes with a gap in the middle. The worst thing of all the next day I had to go out of town. So I had to scrub it off the dye the best way I could it took up my whole forehead so just imagine you scrub your eyebrows and your forehead. I look like a straight-up clown. I would never go back there again ."
