"Been a client for over 4 years and I absolutely love this place. Very clean, nice decor and kind staff. Wendy and Dang are the best! I always get dip powder on my nails and no chip pedicures. You won’t be disappointed but make sure to book an appointment because it can get crowded on certain days!"

"Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I asked to remove my no chip and requested a pedicure. Typically $10 to remove a no chip and I got a pedicure for $35. They charge led me $70 for a mixture pedicure which is outrageous. Typically this costs me $55 dollars max. I brought it to managements attention and they failed to correct the situation. They claimed it was a miss communication. I was very clear at check in that I was not getting a manicure with the manager and the technician. I was so shocked that I just left. A called a few minutes later to further discuss the situation and of course answer. Very unprofessional. Word of mouth is your strongest marketing tool. I’ll be sharing my experience in my neighborhood and I’ll be taking my business to Glo in the future. As you can see I did not receive a manicure. The nail polish was thinned out as well. Definitely not a $70 experience."

"This was yet another nail salon that failed to provide me with quality service.(From what I noticed compared to other clients being greeted at the front door there was a lack of warmth in welcoming me) Nail tech was very short with conversation and communication of my request's I clearly stated to her what I wanted and even showed a pictured(only request difference was I wanted matte) and ended up with a What I ordered VS What I got situation. Looking at the pictures on the site of there work I didn't think my request was that advanced. Unfortunately for me I was in a rush to other appointments, and I didn't have time to confront the manager about this. This was very disappointing. Especially for $65."

"I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Magic Nails Spa. I have been coming to this salon for years after having horrible experiences at other salons. Magic Nails is always so clean and relaxing and you can tell they take sanitization very seriously. The nail techs are talented and the owners are really great people. I have gotten a wide variety or services (regular mani, no chip, and dip) as well as the different types of pedicures and l've always left happy and have never had a problem. I highly recommend Magic Nails to anyone looking for a high quality salon in the Naperville area!"
