"I didn’t have an appointment last week for a gel manicure, which I should have made, with Kayla. She is simply the best. I had to do a walk in with my schedule. I was given a new girl who spoke no English. Some employees would try to help translate. It was a difficult appointment, as I was not satisfied with the end result. At that point there was no trying to correct anything. If I can’t have Kayla, I will not be back."
