"I recently had the pleasure of working with Megan from JCLicht . I was feeling completely overwhelmed by the multitude of similar paint colors available, and I decided to seek professional assistance. Megan truly calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable that we were going to find the right color combinations She arrived on time and came well-prepared, ready to tackle the challenge of helping me find the perfect shades of white, and “greigh” – easier said than done! Megan was super-efficient. She wasted no time in getting to work and it was evident that she had a clear plan in mind. I had talked with a representative prior to her visit to let them know what direction I was thinking. She came with large paint swatches that we placed in different parts of the room. Megan has an impeccable sense of color and will tell you if the colors will work together or not. Now that I have a game plan that I feel comfortable with, I know that my house will look amazing!"

"Benjamin Moore is the best paint. This store is a great place to get what you need for your big and small jobs. The reason I can't give 5 stars is the staff. I have once witnessed and another time been the customer when the person behind the counter treats you as if you should know everything about all of the types of paint, the differences, and the reasons for all of the different sheens that Benjamin Moore carries. While I agree that the folks who work here should know all of this information, I do not agree that they should assume everyone else does. Or worse, treat them differently because of it. This store has been here almost my entire life. It once was and probably sometimes still is, the place to get great info on how to do your projects and what to use. Instead of teaching customers in a kindly manner, which would actually get them informed and excited for more projects and thus bring more business into the store, at least one person is possibly turning customers off. With a competitor just steps away, I do not suggest you waste time trying to find out who this person is, rather you make sure all involved are properly prepared to be sure all of the customers are treated with respect regardless of their level of knowledge."

She was especially helpful at recommending which Benjamin Moore white would look best with the Williamsburg paint colors I was choosing between. She provided very helpful guidance regarding color transitions between rooms as well. Highly recommend her!"
