"I enjoyed this place for a while, Chi was the only person who was nice every visit! I felt as if I got an attitude from everyone else. I’m sad to say I will no longer be going here, this has been my place for the weekends. But two three months ago I got a pedicure and a fill: the woman who did my pedicure severely messed up my big toe . Even after telling her it hurt she continued. Today I’ve had the same toe infection for a few months. Which has been causing me serious pain. Then when getting a fill the man doing it filed my thumb nail all the way down. I asked him to stop and he only stopped when I started to bleed. On top of that, every-time I went there someone always had something to say about my eczema on my hands. They always lectured me about how I “need lotion “ even after I told them it was a skin issue I deal with. I appreciate the time they put into my nails when I was there. But I feel I’ve been let down by this place one too many times."

"My first visit here and i am pleasantly happy with everything! as someone who’s picky with their nails and has intricate designs, my lady was especially patient and skillful with her work and service. i definitely recommend this place for the quality and customer service :)"

"To clarify I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails. Chi is an amazing nail tech and I will continue to exclusively go to her. She takes the time to listen and achieve EXACTLY what you ask for. The environment is relaxing and the staff are very kind. The nails last a long time and always come out perfect! I will continue to recommend this place to everyone i know. These are just some of the nails she’s done for me."

"overall I’ve come here a couple times and I don’t know if I will go back after this last time. I feel like they always give me the worst girl or literally no one knows how to do nails there. I got no chip and they chipped with in one week. I go back to fix my nail and they tell me they’ll just do a clear coat until I stood my ground and told them I need actually polish on my nails like my nails is messed up. It almost seemed like they didn’t really care or think they didn’t anything wrong. Then while fixing my nails the lady forgot to put clear coat on one of the fingers, so the next day my nails started peeling and I had to go back. After getting that nail fixed it chipped and pealed again 2 days after. At this point I feel that they owe me for my time. If I pay for something to get done do it right the first time. Lady also took an hour and a half just to do a no chip manicure and filed my nailed sideways. I felt completely rushed and overwhelmed while choosing my color as well. I recommend if you’re not picky about your nails or your time."
