"We called up and made my 85 yr old mother a hair appointment. They said sure 1:40pm that day. We walked in and the lady comes to the front and say “ we can’t take her today come back tomorrow we are too busy for her today !!” I explained we made the appointment received a texted confirming her appointment and she goes we can take her tomorrow as she walked w Away from the front desk. She was very rude and couldn’t careless at all. Didn’t say I’m sorry or anything! When your 85 yr old mother says she was rude and said it’s ok and we left. I felt so bad for my mom who was looking forward to the appointment. I will never go back and the lady just turned around and walked away. No one was waiting and never came out to apologize. How sad customer service was handled here!! I will never go back and will try to reach district manager. Please go to a different hair place for services!!! Just horrible RUDE people and have no compassion for people."

"Went for a hair cut before Easter and a important interview. I showed the hairstylist the photo and told her exactly what I wanted, that I needed it to be low/no maintenance. By the time I got home it fully dried and I noticed it was wayyy shorter than I said I wanted, and looked absolutely nothing like the picture I showed her. My husband came to look at my hair and told me the back of my hair looked horrible and like it was butchered or cut with really dull scissors. I am so disappointed and highly upset that I went in for one thing, and was given nothing that was even close to what I wanted. What happened to the hairstylist checking the length with you before cutting? Nothing of the sort was done and she just started cutting. Went in for past the shoulder length hair cut, and she ended up cutting it neck/chin length. To make matters even worse, I can't even hide it in a pony tail, as like I said it looks completely butchered and doesn't keep all the strands together without a ton of bobby pins. Completely feel like I just wasted my hard earned $$. Never again."
