We e contacted her, she said she didn't remember the appointment, and said she would call us back shortly, which never happened. No discount or apology was given. "Felt very uncomfortable. This was my third time, as I have been there twice before with two good experiences, both times I was in and out within 10 minutes as I get a basic male cut. Was told today it was reservation only, there was one woman getting a cut, and was told another woman would be walking right in. (Checked reservation online and seen a zero wait time) I felt the owner or stylist there wanted me gone as they have a gambling room she could have offered me to wait, I personally would have tried to get a potential customer to stay. Will not be going back."
