"I am posting a comment about the customer Service I received just getting some Wether’s hard Candy! Since I LOVE the candy so much I realized it a better deal to buy from Party City because it’s cheaper by the piece than just paying for a bag in dollar tree! Better Bang for the BUCK. I am making this my go too store, because of the great customer service!!"

"Ethan is single-handedly saved this store. I want to start by saying that he not only been training the associates but he also makes sure that the customers are taken care of. I appreciate a boss who makes their associates feel as if they are important and ensures that the customer’s needs are met. When it comes to the items, it has decreased in the selection, but so has the isles, so that is kind of a given. Customer service is alright, other than the AMAZING interaction Iv had with Ethan, the staff kinda didn’t know much about stuff so Ethan had to step in. Atleast he was training them so maybe they are new I’m not sure. Lastly, I’d like to appreciate the hustle Ethan has. I made sure to put this last so whoever reads this understands the hustle that this man has! Ethan blew up 12 latex and 2 big number balloons in around 5 minutes like he said he would! Every balloon looked full and well made with a nice touch of a curl on the end! If you ever need balloons, Ethan is your guy!"

"I walked in the store looking for hello kitty blind Pack. And to not waste my time looking for them I asked the lady at the front if she had the bling packs. She didn’t even let me finish asking my question and interrupted me saying “we don’t have anything helllo kitty” in a very rude tone. (I had already checked the website before coming and it said the blind packs were in stock btw) so I start looking around the store since they had “no hello kitty “ to my surprise I found some other hello kitty blind packs. Maybe not the ones I wanted but the employee was very rude abt my one single question and she doesn’t even know what they have in stock ….. btw this was the white middle age woman with glasses ."

"Terrible place. Waiting for 20 min in line, place is empty, no one at register, but 2 people on balloons. I know they see me here. Honestly, this place has gone down hill. Will not come back, will just buy my party stuff on Amazon. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened, both times, there was only 1 other customer in the store."
