"Kristie did a great job on my hair and I'd love for her to do it again! She did exactly what I wanted and remembered my hair's quirks from last time, too! Prices are reasonable. However, the person who checked me out needs training. I went in at the end of December and asked for a 6 week follow up, and she insisted that was in April. I didn't have the energy to argue, so I canceled it when I got home and I'll rebook with Kristie for February. It's the second encounter I've had with this other person (dark hair with chunky highlights) and she's frustrating to work with."
