Zips Car Wash

"I have frequented this car wash location throughout their brand-name changes. Today, after making it through the first station of the $12 standard wash, my vehicle fell off the conveyor belt while in neutral. The attendee inside the station was alert to the situation and stopped the machines. He then tried to assist me by speaking gibberish, pointing in different directions, with no clear communication. Once he yelled "Press the gas" while I was near the middle of the car wash, I proceeded to miss the entirety of the car wash - driving through no-mans-land, hoping I did not hit anything in the way. Fortunately, I made it back on the tracks, driving through all the stations. After making it out of the 'tunnel' I remained onsite at the property for ~5-10 minutes to utilize their "free vacuums" - with the hope that one of the attendees would check on my vehicle or at least communicate something about the situation that took place right in front of them. The place was not busy and I still did not hear from anyone. I found a piece of the mitter curtain stuck in the grill of my truck while I was at the DIY car wash, located down the road (Village Creek Car Wash). Zips Car Wash has lost me as a customer and earned themselves a one-star review."

"Arrived at 6:50PM for a quick wash. Once I was out of the tunnel the carts that are usually there were put up, exactly at 6:57PM the vacuums were turned off. When I approached an older man (assistant manager) I was not greeted politely and told that they close at 7:00 PM everyday. Unapologetic and honestly didn't care that I didn't finish vacuuming the rest of my car. I asked to speak with a manager when I was given the name Nathan and to show up tomorrow at noon. Horrible service from a place that claims customers come first. They don't even deserve this one star. I will update post once I speak with Nathan tomorrow. Word of advice: fire your assistant manager or teach them customer service basics. Bring back your previous Speedy Bee employees they were A LOT more pleasant to deal with."

"Excellent car wash. I have the Premier monthly membership and it's a great deal. I wish the app made it a little easier to migrate your membership into it but as far as the wash itself, fantastic and worth the price."

"Great staff, very patient in explaining details about membership or details of each wash. The wash itself left my car very clean and I personally love using free vacuums to give myself some sort of credit for the cleanliness of my car now :) didn't have to wait long if at all for the wash or vacuum"

"This is a basic drive through automated car wash that gets the job done. I rarely get anything besides the basic, because I genuinely don't feel like any of the other 'upgrades' make enough of a difference for a drive through. They have free vacuums, air, spray bottles w/cleaner and microfiber towels for customers to use in the vacuum area. They have one clip pad to hang one floor mat at time to vacuum which is nice so you don't have to bend down/over for four mats. There were plenty of spray bottles and micro fiber towels to use the day I was there. I spent almost an hour vacuuming/cleaning the inside as well as wiping down the areas missed by the brushes on the outside. The area was clean and also had trash cans near the vacuums."
