"We had the pleasure of visiting Party City with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We entered and noticed there were no slip or trip hazards, and the store was clean and orderly. We were greeted by staff even though we were far away from them when we walked in. It was early when we arrived at the store, and there were still steady consumers visiting and shopping. We found the items we needed and checked out timely with a very professional staff. The items we purchased were inexpensive compared to other locations selling similar items. "Excellent service! I initially visited the nearby Wheatland Rd location in search of a '21' balloon. That store had the balloon but no helium. I called ahead to this location and confirmed that they had helium. I arrived to find that they didn't have the single 21' balloon that was at Wheatland. The only other option was to purchase a separate '2' and '1' for $13 more. I spoke with the manager about the issue and he offered a great alternative solution. The female cashier also offered fast advice and pleasant conversation during checkout although the store was very busy. Since it's Easter Eve, most stores will not reopen until Monday. So, the top-notch service I received was a save for my son's 21st birthday celebration tomorrow. Thanks, thanks, thanks!"
