"Horrible service, Lazy girls working. I just called to see if I can have my husband can pick up products and “Maddy” I believe was her name said that it was fine as long as I was in the system and I am definitely in the system because I have shopped there for years. She tried my name and kept saying I’m not in the system, come to find out she made an error with my spelling and had her try again and she just kept repeating I’m not in the system and i asked her if it mattered if I am Missouri license and she said the systems are the same didn’t mattered. She didn’t even try to help find what the issue was because it definitely was not me not being in the system. I had my husband still go in to look into what was wrong and he took all my information with him including my license. She then changes what she says and says that the systems are different and I have to be there physically to make an account with them. So she lied to either my husband or myself. I am a paying customer , why wouldn’t you go above and beyond to help but instead she gets an attitude and is useless with solving an issue. Will never come to this location and will not recommend to anyone. Took my business to the Manchester , Mo location with no issues and they found my name right AWAY."
