"Been coming here off and on for 5 years due to it being close to home. Its never been a friendly or comfortable place. I am down to only getting pedi’s here because the nails never seem to last more than a week. Today I went In doing my part to patronize the mom and pop shop once again. And once again I was met with nobody saying hello to the point of bad attitude. I was the ONLY one in the shop, husband and wife started getting huffy because i guess i was taking too long to pick a nail color. I got in the chair and the nail lady (owners wife) proceeded to put a new large file on her dremmel and set the sharp edge on my toe next to my nail and I jumped! Said ow. He started in on me about how it was my fault I left my polish house on too long that she had to push my cuticle back! WITH a spinning sharp file. The cut on my toe was nowhere near my nail and started bleeding instantly? He argued with me as I said nothing but OW! And defended his wife’s poor skills cutting my foot. He refused to shut up about it was my fault. I told him i could just leave since they had done no work yet. Will no be back and highly DO NOT recommend unless you want expensive nails that pop off within days and cuts opened up on your feet. I’d give them a 0 if I could. They are rude, unfriendly and unskilled."

"I've never experienced waiting for a long period of time for someone to take care of me here. They are usually pretty quick and good at what they do. However, things can sometimes get busy as they allow walk-ins. With that being said, their attention does not always go into doing their work because they have to take care of people who come in with no appointments. It can be a hit or miss... You can either walk away with a really great set of nails, or nails that are unequal in length and look like they need to be filled by the cuticles. The biggest downside is that they do not have the pricing listed on the walls or anything that is big enough to read... They have one sheet of paper that is taped next to the sign in clipboard. It was a little unnerving to walk in for the very first time not knowing the prices and getting just a basic set of acrylics and paying over $85. I have to say overall, I went in with high expectations seeing that it was a five-star nail salon, and not walking away with perfect nails was lame. Off to try the next place!"
