"Got eyebrows threaded. Back in the day you would come in here and she’d do an excellent job. You’d look like a million bucks on your way out the door. Not sure what happened but now your brows will have chunks near the top missing. Great if you want wavy brows. Couple days ago she cut my excess brow hair some of them are nice and trimmed and my right side she just went down to the root almost. Hella un even. Maybe if she got off the phone to do brows she could focus a bit more."

"The threader was great. I have been before and knew they would do a good job. However, service was subpar in that the threader was on the phone when I walked in, did not get off to greet me. When she did it was seemingly long enough for the phone to ring again and it to be put on speaker. Not a good experience as a customer."

"I have been coming here faithfully for at least 10 years; however, any time I attempt to come at 10AM (per listed business hours, this is when she opens), the owner is never on time and I end up waiting for her to arrive. I typically try to avoid the morning time, but sometimes that is all I have available. Today I purposely arrived 20 minutes after opening time only to find she was still not open and there were 2 other women waiting for her to open as well. I waited until 11:00 and there were still no signs of her, so I left. While I know that life happens and I hope everything is okay, I am just a little disappointed."

"I have gone to this place multiple times . Well I went yesterday to get my brows lip and the fine hair on my chin threaded. Well she managed to actually cut my face like a lot . To the point it looks like an acne break out its just probably 30 small cuts and 3 larger ones. I don't understand why or what happened. But I'm very upset. I got the service to look good for a get together with my husband's work friends . Now. I don't even want to go ."
