"TRAILERS ARE REQUIRED TO PICK UP LARGER ITEMS! Pickup trucks are not acceptable. Ordered 4 Yukon tool boxes in store a few weeks ago. Once they came in, they wouldn't release them to me because I didn't have a trailer to haul them in? Even though I have a service truck that is fully capable of handling anything that will fit. All four boxes would fit with room to spare. They stated per policy, a trailer is required to pick up their items."

"This review is more on Harbor Freight then this store. Why bother putting out 25% off coupons if you can't use it on MAJORITY of the products in your store? That's just ridiculous and now has changed my wanting to shop any of your stores. This part is on the store. I attempted to use another coupon for a voltage tester. Well I accidently grabbed the incorrect item. The employee laughed and said you need to look for the correct one. So I just left no r buying anything. The attitude needs work here"

"It’s been awhile since I shopped at harbor freight because the store itself is a bunch of con artists. Figured I would give it a go again and same experience as always. Bought an open box fluid extractor with no hoses but they had a hose that I thought could maybe work(it didn’t) went to the store to try and find something else. They said bring it back and we can exchange it for a new one and pay the difference. Went home got it, brought it back to exchange and he asked any fluid put in it? “No” Then he asked “how do you know it didn’t work”. Because I tried it and it didn’t work he said I couldn’t return it even though there was no fluid I put in it. Do your self a favor and just pay the money for snap on or Matco. Better tools and less hassle"

"Employees were great in helping me find a product that I had located on Harbor Freight online. The associate asked the supervisor and without even looking he goes, “nope don’t carry that”. The associate mentioned it was an Icon brand which they carry. Supervisors response remains the same. Unwilling to help, unwilling to look. Basically rushed me out the door."

"Glad to have one local. Not everything they have is top notch but its a grea place for consumables. The store was well organized and clean"
