"Horrible. Took my 6 year old son to get a pretty "basic" little boys cut. Had pictures of how his hair usually looks etc. She BUTCHERED it. It looks horrible (the cut, I'm not insulting my kid here). It quite literally looks like someone who has never held scissors cut it. It was supposed to be short on the sides, longer in the front so it can be spiked. He has like individual uneven layers on the top of his head. Nothing is the same length, it's horrible. We are waiting a few days so the hair can grow in a little and then we are taking him to have it adjusted somewhere else. Tried to reach out to fantastic sams over their website but never received a response. Maybe writing a public review will make them reevaluate their staff before she butchers someone else's hair"
"Paid $115 dollars to a girl named Emily to do blonde highlights on my kids hair. This is the result. She wouldn’t fix it, made me pay and didn’t care one bit she was sending her out like this. The blonde at top should be blonde all the way down. Instead it’s orange and multiple different colors. Def won’t be back! Unprofessional, didn’t care we weren’t happy, pushed us off on her manager who wasn’t there but wouldn’t give me her number"

"The stylist wasn’t friendly with me or my kids. All 3 boys had issues with unevenness looks bad and wasted money. She put layers in my oldest sons hair without asking. I just requested dead ends off. She made him feel bad thinking he was a girl because his hair is long."
