"Sad Halloween because of the bad experience with had with this Party City location. I ordered a delivery of 36 balloons last week for our Halloween party and only 31 arrived today. I spoke with the delivery company who was very nice and they said that they just pick up and delivery for Party City without checking the the orders. They told me to to call the store. The employee who answered my call was so rude and never apologized for the mistake. She said I could seek a reimbursement which would take several days. I told her I needed my complete order today because the balloon arrangement for my party required six complete sets of balloons so I offered to come to the store, pick them up, and maybe they could give a few extra to make up for their mistake. To which she replied “we’re not taking balloon orders right now and we don’t compensate for inconveniencing you.” Wow. Messing up a customer’s order, not apologizing, not willing to correct their mistake, AND being rude is a great way to earn a bad review. I’d invest a lot more in training employees in basic customer service behavior."
