"Showed 3 pictures of what I wanted, he did good on the sides and the back of my hair but he completely missed the mark on top. Went shorter than all of the pictures and acted like it was no big deal afterwards. If I could've gave 0 stars, I would have. Went way too short on top and he was given multiple references and explained what I was intending on doing. Not happy at all with this experience, will not be returning."

"I asked for my hair to be trimmed in the back with the sides cut to frame my face. My so called side bang lays the opposite direction than my sides and i cant straighten my hair because she hacked the back up with all kinds of lengths. It looks TERRIBLE! I dont even want to go have her fix it because i dont think she is good at all! I even showed her a picture of what i wanted. Not to mention the whole building reaked of cigarette smoke. NEVER AGAIN!"
