"Was looking for a pair of reverse grinches (or anything equally prestigious for a 11yr old bday) Being last min I knew it would cost me. Guy claiming to others that he owns the place won't even acknowledge me. Hes handing out flyers to a business that is permanently closed according to Google, but seems to be functioning out of this place. Flyer says "King and Queen exlclusive... something" idk it was too long to read in passing. Not actually selling stuff just advertising that he WILL sell it. LOL. Truely, "exclusive" despite how much money your trying to shovel at him. Its pride over success for some I guess. Idk sounds like an expensive lesson in pride, renting a building and overlooking people due to pride..."

"I LOVE My Hair, however, The ladies do NOT ask you about Length, Size, or ANYTHING you want done!! I’ve come to this location quite a FEW times and EVERY Time I tell Katy that I do NOT like or want Super LONG hair. I nodded off while getting my hair Twisted & it was half way down my back by the time I realized the braider was half way done…NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!!! The only thing I will say is MAKE SURE you PAY ATTENTION to the braider as you may be disappointed like me!"
"My braids were different sizes, they didn't braid my hair all the way to the ends, they cut all the hair up. They butchered my hair. I took it out after 2 weeks and just redid my own hair even better. I liked it better before they had the lady that is there now. Katie is really sweet but she does not take pride in her work and is not a perfectionist"
"Requested kinky twists. Had 3 different people braiding my hair and had 3 different lengths. When I left a message that I was not satisfied, they never responded. Will never patronize them again"
