"Me and my friend went today and she is very unhappy with her nails. My experience was great although my friends was not. Her nail lady was very aggressive with her hands and didn’t say a word to her the whole time. She wanted chrome on top of the black nails but she didn’t understand so she told her to just stick with the black. One coat of polish on each finger not even reaching her cuticles. You can see right through her nails."

I went there for a full set, the person who was doing my nails didn’t show any patience and is arrogant. He did mess up the nails shape and cut my cuticles with the filer."

"I have been loving this salon. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and it’s a beautiful spa. I just wasn’t as impressed with my fill this time, it was rushed and sloppy. Day two the gel cracked. It’s a bummer since I made an appointment but it’s still rushed and you pay for less than quality. The tech hit my cuticles with the electric nail file and it hurt so bad. You could see the fill through the french polish, definitely didn't look great. I feel bad saying anything negative because they are SO nice but it's just not worth it."
