"I had an account here for years without any problems. However the last 2 jobs I had delivered had damages caused by the delivery guys. Once repairs were completed to fix these repairs Negwer did issue me a credit, and I paid my bill the next day. However since I mailed a check instead of paying by credit card I was emailed threats by the credit manager about closing my account etc. I copied the manager and got no response. My account is now closed and I have taken my business elsewhere. I would not recommend if you want a professional business atmosphere that handles problems correctly and is respectful to the customer."
