"Very inexpensive, but you soon find out why. I have been to many chiropractors, but this office takes the cake. I think the “doctors”:got their degrees out of a Cracker Jack box. Seriously! I gave them a chance by returning a total of 4 times. Bought a package and left 4 visits on the table. That’s how ineffective these people are. Never felt any relief. And I swear that at times they were making moves up on the fly. Never go here. Ever!"

"Excellent service and great care! I've been to several chiropractors and Dr Allen and Dr Thatcher are both some of the best that have provided the proper adjustments, advice, and attention. I have had chronic pains and issues, and the adjustments have definitely helped, from herniated and deteriated discs to wrist and shoulder issues. Easy and convenient check-in. Thank you!"

"It's sad. It's a RIPP OFF! I went into the Joint several months ago and they attempted an adjustment. I did not get any relief and I thought the person adjusting me wasn't strong enough. Today I went back. I layed down and the guy started to press on me without trying to relax my muscles first. He pushed and pushed but nothing. He wasn't doing it right. I asked him about relaxing me before but he said nope they don't do that there. He pushed on my spine some more but IT HURT. Again he pushed and it HURT MORE. I told him it was hurting me what he was doing but he didn't stop until I raised my voice. He stopped then asked me to go on my side but couldn't adjust me and he was doing it wrong. Then when I was done I felt like he did nothing except hurt me but now I had to pay. I feel it isn't fair that i have to pay because they couldn't adjust me and this was the second time I didn't get relief. IM NEVER GOING BACK . I FEEL THAT I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!"

"Signed up for the month flat fee of up to 4 visits per month. Was not under the impression that it was use it or loose it within that time frame. I travel for work & would have never signed up if I knew this information. I understand it’s in the contract, but who reads the fine print…learned my lesson. This is something that the employees should be vocal about with clients that come in and sign up, it unfortunately was not vocalized with me. The woman at the counter was in defense mode the entire time when I was being respectful addressing my concerns about the issue. She stated I have trained every employee here “they would’ve never not told you that”. One thing she should probably learn in a customer service role is to listen to the customers situation but instead continue to tell me how wrong I was & interrupt as I was talking. I kept clarifying with her I understand it’s on the paperwork I signed, but was not vocalized to me & that was what I wished would have happened."

"Great Staff, great Chiropractors, I sat down to ask questions on stretches, causes of spine not being aligned, better sleeping postures, walking postures and they were extremely knowledgeable, especially in my food intake. They sure were patient and kind and for that great price, I would surely recommend it to people who are looking to get an alignment but more importantly educated on what to do to help yourself and your challenges. They have session plans that are affordable and effective assistance."
