"I’ve came here since I was little but this was the first time I’ve gotten fake nails put on. Used to make me bleed when I was younger getting them done. Doesn’t really look like the nails I asked for. But my nail tech was very polite and funny compared to the others. Horrible waiting time even though I had an appointment. I finally got to start getting them done after an 1 since I made the appointment. A lady made a girl who came in after me get her nails done before me even though she didn’t have an appointment. Very rude to the customers, saw the same lady getting angry at a 10 year old girl for not remembering what number of nail color she wanted. Put on my nails carelessly and part of my thumb fake nail got placed on my skin. Overall don’t waste your time nor money coming here."

"Not worth the money! The nails looked horrible and I was very disappointed. The guy also made all my fingers bleed and by day 1 of having them they are starting to chip. My hands still hurt on day 2 because of the trauma to my cuticles…. I complained because they didn’t even cover my entire nail and asked them to fix it and the lady was very rude to me… GO ANYWHERE ELSE… now I’m sitting here with horrible nails and can’t even go get them redone somewhere else because they hurt so bad…"

"I had a young lady who was fabulous! I did a walk in for a pedi and they got me in a chair right away! My pedicure was thorough on each step. She massaged firm just how I like it but was sure to ask first. She was really kind asking me questions making conversation. My feet and legs feel and look great. Will definitely come back!"

"The first time my sister and I went there both for full sets was 2 weeks ago. She got a full acrylic set and I got clear dip with tips and gel polish. It was a great experience. But when we went back for our fills. We had appointments for 4pm, we got there on time. At 4:30 I was taken for my fill. We told them multiple times I had dip not acrylic. He filed them down and was going to fill with acrylic. I told him again I had dip and not acrylic and he argued that it wasn't dip. Finally he said they they don't do fills with dip without removing all previous work and get a full new set. I refuse to pay for a full new set with the cost of removal of the old set. I had to pay $10 for them removing the gel polish which they didn't even remove all the black polish. He was in such a hurry he wasn't listening or watching what he was doing, that resulted in multiple burns to my fingers and nail."
