"Got a gift certificate for my daughter to get a pregnancy massage and they don't have anyone to do massages. Yet online it's still offered on there. She asked for a refund as the the pregnancy massage was the whole point in the gift and they told her no. They need to take it off their website if it's no longer available."
"I called and they told me that I couldn’t have a pedicure because if my foot fungus. This is outrageous and I think every spa should be inclusive of people with toe and feet conditions. All I wanted was a bit of a trim on my six inch toe nails. Is that too much to ask? Overall the customer service was terrible. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and was discriminating my hairy feet. I am so insecure because of this spa."
