"The lady there was nice but the opposite of helpful. She told me to buy a certain hair dye for what I needed, showed me the EXACT one to buy, I followed the instructions exactly and it didn't do ANYTHING to my hair. Complete waste of time and money, I'm very upset with that store associate."

"I was at this store, at closing time New Years Eve last night... Walked in, not entirely sure what to get as I’m in a new area, as well as I’m not good with hair. She immediately greeted me, while mopping the floors, asking what I needed help with. She helped me find everything to fix my damaged hair. I washed my hair, last night with it and my hair feels 98% better!! Better than it even felt before the damage, to be frank. She was the sweetest, most kind and helpful person I’ve ever met at a Sally’s, and I’m so happy I chose this store, and got to work with her. I called today and told their store, and they told me her name was Shannon. I really appreciate her help and would suggest anyone go and check her out. She’s very helpful and charismatic!! She’s above a 10 on my chart. Thanks, Shannon!!"
