"I want to start with I gave this location if I have store review on two other Google accounts because I used to be very grateful for the stylus, the prices and the location and hours. There are three stylists there that I would still give a five-star review to individually if I was able to. That being said, Typically I'm pretty happy with the haircuts I receive. I Don't request a specific stylist, I take whoever is available. A couple times I wasn't thrilled with the cut, but it was acceptable. The price is really aren't fair for the quality of the cuts. Yesterday I had my first absolutely unacceptable haircut and the lady was very difficult with me regarding a coupon that Great clips had emailed me. For some reason she questioned validity even though I use one nearly every time I go, And I tip the stylist the difference in what I save when I use a coupon. When she was finished and asked what I thought of the cut I pointed it out something and asked if she could shorten it, she was clearly annoyed or offended. It was very obvious that haircut was horrendous. When I mention something else that needed fixed she became even more irritated. She laid it down with water which made it look better but after washing it it was awful. I had my wife attempt to fix it and it looks much better, I did not have to shave my head which I was planning on. The place used to be great, and they were always more than willing to address an issue with the cut if you mentioned it. Now they close a half an hour early (They need to adjust their business hours if something has changed in the way the business is ran). Get get offended when a coupon the company has issued is presented to them, and become noticeably irritated When something is pointed out. I gave them a five-star review on my other Google account when things were good with them. So it's not like I'm just leaving a negative review because of one unhappy visit. Several visits have led up to this poor review."
