"Absolutely the worse haircut I've ever had. I asked for it to be shoulder length, and layers cleaned up a little bit with some face framing. The weight of my hair was pulling down my curls. What I got was completely uneven chopped up mess. I went back and the woman who helped me did the best she could. If I went back again I would be bald in spots. It will take months before I don't have to wear a hat."
