"Waited almost 3 months for my first time appointment, was given a 10am. Got to my appointment 10 min earlier. Waited for 1.5 hours and finally gave up and left the place, I didn’t even get a glance of Dr Evangeline. I was asked to wait in several areas: first the reception, then some chairs inside of the offices, later they placed me in a room, told me doctor would see me there. Room was freezing, and I just decided to leave. Staff was not rude but they don’t even apologize for the delay, no explanations, they don’t tell you how much longer it will take. Terrible experience, extremely disrespectful to make people wait for that long. Waisted an entire morning, apparently only their time is valuable. When I was leaving the office lady told me “if you leave you will have to wait another 3 months to the next app” yeah, like I will ever want to go back!"

"I have been seeing Dr Carroll for almost 17 years and she is one of the best physicians I have ever been to. Unfortunately, the staff at this office has ruined this for me and I’m forced to move on. I made an appointment for my 16 year old daughter who has been having some issues for a few months, back in July 2023 for October 24th. I provided all of her information two different times. Today, I signed her out of school & took off work to take her and 1 hour before the appointment we get a call that Dr Carroll doesn’t see patients under 17 years old. What??!! Okay, so I understand this is her policy but why wasn’t this caught 4 months ago? Or last Friday when they called to confirm? She then tells me another doctor could see her so I say yes. But that doctor can’t see her until December 19th!! Sadly, I’m done with this practice. I’m very understanding that things happen but they made no attempt to make it right. I wish Dr Carroll would get a new office staff because this one is terrible and unprofessional. They were also pretty rude when I scheduled the appt but I was willing to overlook that part. I’ve never been treated this poorly by an office staff and I know it’s not the physician’s fault. Here is an opportunity to listen to what patients are telling you and do something about it"

"Dr. Troy is a great person to be seen by he is very attentive and gets things done with a quickness without you feeling rushed. On the flip side the staff could use some customer service training especially when calling in on the phone. Tone of voice is everything when a person can’t see you, I should not be placed on hold without warning, and if you don’t know for certain an answer ask a colleague instead of assuming."

"So far my experience with Dr. Troy has been straight to the point which I greatly appreciate. The staff however I have problems with from not reading the doctors notes, forgetting to schedule my sonograms, to just wasting time calling the office back for lab results they initially tried contacting me for but some how don't actually have (went on for weeks). I now dread having to even contact the office because I feel like the staff does not know what is going on. I had a miscarriage last year and at the transvaginal scan to confirm she asked me how far along I was and broke down with my SO, no apologies. Again. Staff not knowing what is going on or bother reading the doctor notes. 5 stars for the doctor one star for the staff."

"I went to the Cypress clinic recently and found Dr. Carroll to be exceptional. I did wait a long time, but it was worth it just to meet Dr. Carroll. I agree, like many who have posted that the office seems overwhelmed, and I don't know if it's because they don't have enough staff or if it's because of the lack of organizational skills. I would have given the clinic a 5 star, but today I had a nurse who called to review my labs and I missed her call. I tried calling her numerous times and was really anxious about my results. She never called back at all. Perhaps she was upset with my numerous calls, but I know when an office calls you, it's usually not good. Anyway, after several hang-up from the ladies who answer the phone (really classy ladies), I finally was able to speak to Rose. She is amazing and was able to calm me down and patiently answered my questions. I was so irritated and Rose made me feel 100% better. She told me everything I needed to know and really has the best customer service skills of all the ladies in that clinic. She needs to be training the other women who answer phones there and the nurse who never called me back. It's kinda crazy that a nurse can be that neglectful. I have two sisters that are nurses, so it's a shame I have to complain about one."
