"I give this location a 0 out of 5. My mom went the other day after calling before hand. The gentleman who she spoke to knows her and has helped her for many years. He said they would deliver mulch to her in Sterling for $60 plus the price of mulch. My mom went in to pay and the manager or owner told her that they do not deliver. My Mom broke down in tears as she has been dealing with a lot of personal issues as she takes care of my Dad who has Parkinson's. I know it has been hot out and people may not be in their best mind set, but customer service is lacking and people do not want to come back due to it. She has been going to your business for years and she will not any longer. I am saddened by the service and how she was treated. I truly hope you read this and take action around customer service and fully train your staff on what services you offer."
