"Staff were very rude and inconsiderate. For my profession I work in an office on a computer so I typically keep my nails short for that reason I only get my nails done occasionally which I prefer gel, when I had asked for gel nails they proceeded to only paint my nails, I had stated I wanted gel when I was given the reply “ next time keep your nails long and we do gel” while proceeding to charge me $30!! I could have bought both polish’s for less than that online! Do not recommend!!!"
"I walked in at 8 o’clock and ask if they did walkins and they said yes the lady that runs the salon asked one of the nail techs if they would be willing to do my nails because they close at seven even though I told her I didn’t have to have it done tonight. She insisted on doing my nails anyway they did a phenomenal job and Kim was so sweet!"
"The first time I came here it was fine. When I went back the person they said is the boss, was so rude talking about me in their language. She told me to sit and wait be 1/2 hour I said can I come back she said if someone else comes in you will have to wait again! I said can’t I be on a appointment she said NO! I was only walking to one of the stores next door! I left and went to another salon. It was perfect no waiting! I give K nails a BIG ZERO! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!"
"AMAZING My nails are actually NOT chonky like they were at the other nail salons I went to. I'm so insanely happy. Like I don't ask for much and I'm not picky but this place hit the nail on the head. I'm had them use a color change polish and I'm SO happy."
