"Fantastic salon! I went here for the first time and everyone was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. I don't think I was too clear with what I wanted so when I left I wasn't 100% satisfied with my hair however I contacted them the next day and expressed my concern and they were all so nice about it a got me in that same day and gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm soo thrilled with my hair now. They were actually grateful to have the opportunity to fix my hair, they really do strive to make sure every costumer loves their hair. I'll definitely be going back to them!"
"The stylist did an awful job. I showed her 2 pictures of what I wanted. The cut I got looks NOTHING like the picture. I realize that you will never get a cut that looks like the picture you bring in, but this wasn't even close. I would be happy to post pictures of what I wanted vs what I got, it I'm not sure how to do that. The stylist did not even use a mirror a d show me the back. I frankly just wanted to leave, so I paid, and tipped her and left. I didn't bother complaining because I didn't want her touching my hair anymore. I had very long hair and the stylist ruined it. Do not go here."
