"DO NOT GO HERE!! Never open as posted. He didn't complete the repair by the original date, nor notify me. Every time its a different excuse. Horrible service & worst shoe repair possible. The repairman agreed to replace the zipper but he didn't. He merely sewed up the bottom part of the zipper. Nor did he make the other repair discussed. He's more concerned about where I bought the shoes & gossiping with other customers. Went to pick up my shoes over 5x only its closed, no notice posted. $25 for horrible service & repair! Don't waste your time or money."
