"Never had such a horrible pharmacy! They never have the medication you need. I am a kidney transplant recipient and trying to get my immunosuppressant drugs is ALWAYS a hassle. Their systems are always down too. Currently fighting cancer and couldn't even get my pain medications filled because their system is down! This pharmacy is a joke!! I will be switching pharmacies."

"Grandchild sick, called out to get her prescription was told they have it and it will be ready. Head that way to just get a call that that certain prescription is expired on their shelves for 3 months. I asked why the lady I spoke to didn't see that his reply was I don't know cause those things are check every month . Not if it set 3 months on shelf."
"Unbelievable!!! My Dr. Called in scripts for my Diabetes testing supplys lancets and test strips that is covered by my medicare part B... They have been on delay for 7 days and there is a shelf full of the supplys.I went up to the store to find out what the delay was cause i would get a diffrent story every time i called. The Pharmacy Mgr Matt gave me a B.S. story about a dark team and audit an that my prescription was kicked back to my Dr. By this dark team. So this prompted me to call Medicare to find out if they could shed light on this..... they told me no claim had been submitted to them since March 2022 by Wal-Mart or this so called dark team an that they never heard of it and they weren't showing that that the Benton, IL Wal-Mart Pharmacy was being audited. And the person i was talking to suggested that i change Pharmacys. All well an good but a inconvenience... Matt if you read this or your boss reads this i am taking rigjt about $9000 of medicine that i refill every 90 days somewhere else!!!!!!"
"The whole reason I switched from my other pharmacy is because I wasnt getting refills in a timely manner, going as much as a week or ten days without my meds. I havent even been using Walmart that long and its already happening again. It doesnt seem to matter when I request the refills, it seems they're always out of what I need. I've been waiting on one for two weeks already. I guess I should just give up and stop taking them altogether."
