"Costco tires lasted 24,000 miles instead of 55,000 because I missed a rotation. The reason for the missed rotation is because I had an appointment and they told me to come in early. After 4 hours of waiting I had to pick up my children so I needed the car without rotation. Definitely not buying tires here again."

"I give this place an F!!!! my tire was losing air every eight hours. I went to their tire center and talk to a guy named Sean he said bring it in first thing in the morning at 10 o’clock that they would take care of me, and which I did. I waited 3 1/2 hours then he came out and lied through his teeth, told me that he could not fix my tire because it had too many cuts in it or punctures that I needed to buy two new tires or four new tires. Of course I left did not buy the tires. They didn’t even bother to fill it up with air again and even kept my little cap for the air pressure! this morning I took it to Firestone. They fixed my tire for $30 removed a nail and my tire is great!!!! I see that Costco Tires Center has just as many one stars as five stars. WOW!!!!!!!! Glenview Illinios Tire Center!! Don’t do it!! Don’t go there!!"
