"Damaged my car. They jacked my car without checking there jack points are. Damaged my under body and plastic sill underneath the car. That will start rust. As well they mounted one directional tire in reverse direction. I could not believe what I saw. I asked to remount it that it would spin in correct direction. How dangerous is that, and if accident would happen they would be liable for it. As well, I showed them a damage what they did to underbody and they not even apologized just remain silent mumbled OK or something. If you are professional and jacking cars all day long for business, this the last thing I expect to happen. That just show how clueless and incompetent they are. Moreover, charged me double for what we agreed started explain that this price was only for one wheel (yeah right, I will drive car with to different size tires). I will have to go now to dealer to check how much it will cost to fix damaged body."
