"They did my tire rotation & fixed the new battery issue quickly. The employees were professional & helpful. But -1☆ because they didn't do their usual "overall check". Had they done that, I would have remembered 3-4 other items that needed tending to. I will have a local shop take care of those, I guess. - a 2nd ☆ for corporate no longer offering rides to & from for locals. I'm less than .5mi away, but it cost me an extra $20 to uber."

"Come here to get one thing fixed and they will make sure they damage other parts. Sam is the biggest scammer and cheater and that's why they will never let you even see what they are doing. The crackheads can't even tighten the engine oil cap right."

"Very dissatisfied went in to seek help with a flat tire and a lug nut was broken.One guy comes out and barely spoke English and took a chisel and hammer to the lug nut before even asking then they come out and tell me they couldn't remove it . They should have asked before hammering on it and damaged it more now I still have a flat and a beat up lug nut that I need to get repaired. After 30 min of waiting had to find then becuase they did not want to work on it and they charged me $5.00 for there time . Do not recommend this place bad service."

"Mark and the mechanics were absolutely AMAZING!! Me and 2 of my friends just flew in and my car engine light was on when he got to my car. We drove to Auto Zone, after plugging it in they recommended we head over to Franklin for them to look at it. Auto Zone also highly recommended them. It was 10am and we were supposed to be headed back to WI. Us 3 girls walked in, explained what happened and they had my car inside and looking at it within 5-10 min even though they had multiple cars to work on. We sat in the waiting room the whole time. Mark kept me updated on my car, offered us coffee and cookies and turned the heater on for us since we’re dressed for warmer weather. He was 100% honest, highly knowledgeable and did an amazing job on my car. It couldn’t be fixed (because I couldn’t stay in Chicago)but he told me how to get back safely. When I took it to the dealer, they told me what was wrong and it was exactly what Mark told me. If I lived closer, I would definitely take my car to them for all my car work!! I definitely highly recommend Mark and his team!! Very trustworthy. Thank you guys for everything!! From the 3 WI girls!!"

"I hit a pothole getting off the highway and this discount tire was the closest location to me. They were able to replace my tire same day and it only took 20 minutes from the time I arrived to when I left. This location was very clean and everyone was nice. Andres was very helpful in explaining a few things to me. I would definitely recommend!"
