"I went to snipes in Chicago Ridge on Christmas eve to buy my son some timberland boots but 3 other stores didn't have his size which the price was about 150 to $169 , the last store was snipes which had them but they charged me $ 230 now I'm appalled cause my so really wanted them but to put the price up that high is a sham and need to be reported"

"If I could give no stares I would. The woman that stands by the door who her job is solemnly to greet people is really rude. My double stroller wouldn’t fit through the 1 door they had open and my husband attempted to open the second door. Only to realize it was locked. She saw I didn’t fit and saw my husband try to open the second door and yelled at him in front of a crowd of people saying “you trying to break the door” literally needs to work on her customer service. It’s because of people like her customers don’t return. I really hope someone from upper management reaches out to me cause I want there to be consequences for her action."
