"I’ve been going to Urban Smiles for almost 2 years now. Was my first dentist since coming to Chicago, but I’ve had no complaints. Dr Jin explains procedures well before doing them and talks you through any results or things you need to know after. I also feel like compared to my last dentist they have pretty new tools and machines that help make procedures easier. Dr Jin also often offers to take care of things immediately in the same visit such as doing fillings found during bi-yearly cleaning which I appreciate since it saves a visit when I have time."

"So I stumbled across this place a few years ago because I was in need of a new dental place. I tried them out and I’ve been hooked from my first visit. The dentis is so nice , sorry I can’t think of his name at the moment, but he went over my insurance, what it covers and even suggested the dental I could wait to have repaired the following year so I can use my insurance. I was like, “wow ,“that’s really nice of him” not to mention I never feel any pain. I just listen to my headphones and dance to my music in my head. Ive had 2 crowns done so far. Best dental experience ever. I promise you won’t be disappointed."

"I always have great experiences at Urban Smiles. The dental assistant Chris always so kind and friendly and the front desk is very helpful with scheduling and insurance. Waiting times are always propmt as I'm usually seen within 5 minutes of arriving. Dr.Maeng is so patient and informative with the countless questions I have every appointment in terms of treatment plans and procedures. I'm also never in any pain when I get work done which has usually been the case with previous dentists. The office is also stunning and gives off a welcoming and luxurious aura. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!"
