"Our company made the switch to Blue Stone Advisors a few weeks ago, just prior to our annual benefits renewal/open enrollment period. Frank Milazzo was able to secure rates from BCBS which essentially was flat from the current rates with another carrier. We decided to change insurance carriers for all of the health benefits we offer, but we were under a very tight deadline for beginning open enrollment.
