"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Jeremy as our agent. We are having issues with our mortgage bank now, due to this office cancelling our policy per our request, but 3 days earlier than requested. Only time we were able to talk to the agent is when they required a payment, but when we needed assistance with advice, nonresponse to left voicemails or emails. When policy was due to expire, tried to negotiate the price but was given pretty arrogant response that their prices are the way they are, take it or leave. So of course we left to another company with half the premium."
