"This place is an absolute JOKE: The website isn't helpful at all, there isn't nearly enough parking, the front door isn't even CLOSE to being handicapped accessible or ADA compliant which is not only difficult for the elderly but also for loading feed, they don't have bulk kerosene or bulk seed anymore, you HAVE to REALLY watch the prices (which are already high anyway) at the register because half the time they're wrong, and their inventory can be so messed up to the point that their system might say they have 5 of something when there's none on the shelf... The ONLY saving grace as far as I can see is the handful of kind, helpful, and knowledgeable employees that have somehow stayed on through the years. The seemingly high rate-of-turnover speaks for itself and towards the total incompetence of the ownership and upper management. Unless you have some kind of plumbing or electrical emergency, there's really no reason to shop here. It's really sad to see what was once an enjoyable and important small-town store turn into the corporate red-headed stepchild of a company that is just trying to turn a profit with complete disregard for familial and community-minded common-sense, convenience, and tradition."
